Double Butting
The technology means increasing of the frame wall thickness in high load areas (in areas of headset, seat stay assembly) and decreasing thickness in low load areas (middle part of the frame).
Tripple Butting
The technology suggests increasing the of the frame wall thickness in high load areas(head set, seat stay assembly) and decreasing thickness in low load areas (middle part of the frame).
Tapered Head Tube
Allows installing a fork with the conical steerer, provides better steadiness and rigidity.
Semi-Integrated Head Set
Semi-integrated headset has two fundamental differences from that with the outside bearings: the cups are almost completely sunk in the head tube of the frame; bearings with oversized diameter are located inside the head tube.
Integrated Head Set
The main advantages of the integrated seadset are:
1. Zero height of the headset installation due to the lack of bowls;
2. Installing bearings directly into the headtube of the frame.
Carbon Fork
Carbon fabrics or carbon fiber won the recognition in bike industry long ago. Hardness and weight index of carbon constructions is much higher than that of metal constructions.
Hide Cable Guide
For practical and aesthetic purpose in some bicycles we use hidden (internal) cables, it supposes their location inside the tubes.
Euro BB
European standard of bottom bracket is a time proved approach which suggests bowl and bearings installation into the frame by means of thread connection.
Spanish BB
Spanish standard of bottom bracket is the best choice in relation to price-durability-weight ratio. It uses the technology of pressing the bearings into the frame. The design suggests possibility of the bearing replacement without the whole set replacement.
BB92
BB92 is one of the new bottom bracket standards where the bearings are installed into special bearings threadless bowls which are pressed directly into the frame.
ISCG 05
Possibility for chain guide installation without additional equipment. The guide presses the chain to the sprocket and doesn’t let it come off in case of strong quake.
Direct Mount Plate
The technology allows creating unique frame geometry and design. A standard front derailleur limits the seat tube by the definite grade, with DMP technology there are no such limits.
Low Direct Mount
A variety of the front derailleur mount. As well as DMP it relieves limits with a definite seat tube grade. It allows creating unique frame designs and configurations.
Disk Carrier Dropout
Possibility to mount a disc brake with a standard carrier fixed to dropouts.
Post Mount Dropout
Dropouts for the rear brake mounting. Post Mount standard means easy brake installation and adjustment and weight saving.
Machined Aluminium CNC
A unique part created from a blank by machining. The quality of such parts is higher than created by molding. Besides in some cases it is rather difficult to get the required mold shape.
Junior Geometry
Frames of such bikes are designed according to the adolescent physiology but at the same time they copy configuration of an adult bike frame.
Kids Geometry
Such frames are designed according to the anthropometric characteristics of 6-9 year-old children.
